Emi Sora

Emi Sora is the musical project of Emma Ingoglia, a New York native whose sound blends emotional depth, genre-fluid experimentation, and a classical foundation. Originally from Oyster Bay, NY, Emma now lives in New York City, where she’s officially launching her artist journey with a powerful sense of purpose and reinvention.

Her debut EP, REBIRTH, is a bold and introspective 7-track project rooted in the chakras—each song representing an energy center of the body and a chapter of personal transformation. Set for release in Spring 2026, REBIRTH explores themes of self-awareness, healing, and emotional evolution. The first glimpse into her sonic world is “Energize Me”—Emi Sora’s vibrant debut single, now streaming everywhere. The track showcases her signature sound, brought to life through the creative partnership of producer and sound engineer Harry Kaden.

Emma’s musical journey began early. A classically trained French horn player from the University of Florida, she also taught herself to play flute, piano, and trumpet, driven by an insatiable curiosity and love for sound. Her behind-the-scenes experience at Sony Music Entertainment and Def Jam gave her a deep understanding of the music industry—but ultimately, she chose to step out from the wings and into the spotlight, dedicating herself fully to her own artistic vision. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of voices including Ruby Waters, Adele, Charlotte Cardin, Norah Jones, Tora, The Marías, Amy Winehouse, Sadie Gust, Wild Child, and Fleetwood Mac, Emi Sora’s music is a fusion of introspection and authenticity, told through lush melodies and evocative storytelling.
